
Nowadays every individual is always in a rush to get to their workplace or school or college. In such a hurry, no one gets enough time to have a proper first meal of the day. Today, I’m going to share an easy and quick vegetable sandwich recipe with all of you which is healthy as well as tasty. Try it once and you will crave for it everyday.
Ingredients :
- Fresh vegetables like tomato, onion, capsicum, cucumber, paneer. Other veggies as per your preference.
- Boiled sweet corns.
- White bread or brown bread (as per preference).
- Mayonnaise (as per preference).
- Cheese (as per preference).
- Spices like chilly flakes, oregano, salt pepper, salt.
Instructions :
- Step 1 – Finely chop all the vegetables like tomato, onion, capsicum, cucumber, and any other vegetable of your choice. You can also add paneer and sweet corn if you wish to.
- Step 2 – Add some mayonnaise and mix it well with the vegetables. Then add some salt, chilly flakes and oregano in the vegetable mixture and mix it properly.
- Step 3 – Take a bread slice and spread the vegetable mixture over it. Add some mozzarella cheese and put another bread slice over it.
- Step 4 – Place the bread slices in the toaster maker and wait for 2 to 3 minutes to get it ready. When your sandwich is ready, serve it with red ketchup or green chutney, whichever you like.
